Bill Introduced to Prohibit Mandatory COVID-19 or HPV Vaccinations for School Attendance

Senate Bill 4002, introduced in the New Jersey Senate on June 26, 2023, would protect children from mandatory vaccinations against COVID-19 and the human papillomavirus (HPV) as a condition of attendance at a public primary or secondary school. The Bill would also prohibit any state, county, or municipal governmental entity from causing or requiring a public primary or secondary school to inquire about whether a child is immunized against COVID-19 or HPV.
