Brach Eichler Cannabis Practice’s Video Series is Primer on N.J.’S Business and Political Landscape for Out-Of-State Businesses
ROSELAND, N.J., June 3, 2019— This week’s introduction of new medical cannabis regulation in New Jersey prompted Brach Eichler’s Cannabis Practice to produce new videos to provide resources to New Jersey and out-of-state businesses as they contemplate wide-ranging new opportunities to enter the cannabis business here.
The first four videos in the New Jersey Cannabis Primer Series will address issues including:
- Home Rule and other dynamics facing out-of-state entrants;
- Business opportunities in the new medical licensing round;
- Employment law decisions and practices in New Jersey.
“We thought it was important to provide information that is responsive to what’s happening in NJ right now in simple language to make sense of a very complicated landscape,” said Charles X. Gormally, Chair of Brach Eichler’s Litigation Practice and Co-Chair of the firm’s Cannabis Law Practice.
Brach Eichler is marketing the video series through its online platforms at www.bracheichler.com including an innovative Search Engine Marketing campaign targeting established operators so that entrepreneurs who are searching for cannabis industry news can easily find and access relevant content.
“The amount of information available can be overwhelming, but these videos offer a quick resource on relevant content,” said John Fanburg, Brach Eichler Managing Member and Co-Chair of the firm’s Cannabis Law Practice.
Since creating its Cannabis Law Practice in 2017, Brach Eichler LLC has distributed two white papers with observations and recommendations for New Jersey legislators related to medical and adult-use marijuana bills. Brach Eichler’s Cannabis Practice is comprised of thought leaders across this industry spectrum to address challenges and opportunities affecting state and local governments; banking and taxation; real estate and land use regulation; healthcare and medical testing; and industries including food production, farming, packaging, and tourism.
