Roseland, NJ (February 26, 2024) – Brach Eichler LLC, a full-service law firm based in Roseland, NJ, announces the promotion of four attorneys to Member and six attorneys to Counsel, effective April 1st. The completion of 2023 marks another banner year for the Firm and this promotional class is a reflection of those accomplishments.

Promotions to Member are as follows:

Corey A. Dietz is a is a trial lawyer focusing on personal injury. He has worked hard to achieve multiple six- and seven-figure settlements for his clients in addition to handling all other aspects of trial work. He has extensive experience litigating cases involving personal injuries and complex civil claims in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Corey resides in New Providence, NJ.

Anthony M. Juliano is an experienced trial attorney with a broad civil litigation practice. Anthony also represents both individual and corporate plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving healthcare litigation, commercial litigation, and general litigation. Anthony’s practice also includes litigating business disputes and defending claims related to the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. Anthony has successfully represented clients in business tort, contract, restrictive covenant, defamation, consumer fraud, and professional negligence lawsuits. Anthony lives in Kinnelon, NJ.

David J. Ritter, Jr. focuses on estate planning, estate administration, corporate organization, corporate transactions, commercial loans, and healthcare. David is knowledgeable in preparing wills, revocable trusts, living wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare agent designations. David also advises clients with respect to the best type of business entity and can create the entity and prepare the governing documents. David helps clients sell or acquire a business, including advising on the best transaction structure and preparing, reviewing, and negotiating all necessary transaction documents.  David resides in Milltown, NJ.

Michael A. Spizzuco, Jr. focuses on assisting clients in the construction, manufacturing and supply-chain management sectors, with an expansive litigation practice encompassing both New Jersey and New York state and federal courts. He represents construction companies of all sizes in various matters including construction defects, contractual disputes, mechanic/construction lien law claims, warranty claims, and public-works project disputes. Michael also reviews and drafts contracts for businesses, project owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Additionally, he serves his clients in defending Division of Consumer Affairs investigations. Michael lives in Wayne, NJ.

Promotions to Counsel are as follows:

Lindsay P. Cambron concentrates her practice on environmental law. She advises clients on regulatory matters and compliance at local, state, and federal levels and has extensive litigation experience, representing clients in cost recovery actions, toxic tort claims, and appeals of agency decisions. Lindsay counsels environmental and real estate clients on the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA), the Site Remediation Reform Act, the New Jersey Spill and Compensation Act as well as other environmental laws and regulations. She handles matters involving wetlands, brownfield redevelopment, vapor intrusion, permitting, and compliance. Lindsay resides in Hoboken, NJ.

Mark E. Critchley focuses his practice on assisting business and individual clients in contractual and commercial disputes. Mark is an experienced litigator in federal and state courts involving contractual disputes, consumer fraud, shareholder disputes, construction litigation and probate litigation. Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Mark was a Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, Division of Law, where he led investigations and litigations concerning violations of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, New Jersey False Claims Act, and numerous consumer fraud regulations, against a wide variety of companies. Mark lives in Morris Plains, NJ.

Paul J. DeMartino, Jr. is an experienced business litigator representing clients in a broad range of commercial disputes in healthcare and real estate industries. Paul specializes in healthcare litigation with an emphasis in representing physicians, medical practices, ambulatory surgery centers and hospital systems navigate through complex business matters often involving contractual and shareholder disputes. Paul has first-hand knowledge of the delicate issues that physicians and medical providers encounter daily from a clinical and regulatory perspective to the interpolitics between practice members, partners, employees, and hospital staff. Cynthia J. Liba provides legal counsel on healthcare business transactions and regulatory compliance issues.  Cynthia delivers strategic advice and transactional legal guidance in corporate M&A and regulatory matters. Her clients include physicians and physician groups, specialty practice societies, independent practice associations, hospitals, clinical laboratories, billing companies, and other medical professionals. Cynthia lives in East Hanover, NJ.

Erika R. Marshall provides counsel to a broad range of clients in regard to corporate and transactional matters taking place within the complex and highly regulated health care industry. Erika’s experience on behalf of health care clients encompasses all aspects of the due diligence, drafting, and negotiation process related to corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, affiliations, strategic transactions, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings. Amy M. Van Fossen has considerable experience in sophisticated estate planning and administration. She assists clients in developing effective estate planning strategies to minimize transfer taxes, and is well-versed in employing the full range of estate planning tools, such as wills, revocable trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and other vehicles to protect high net worth individuals and multi-generational wealth.
