Brach Eichler LLC served as counsel to the Neurology Group of Bergen County (“NGBC”) in its strategic partnership with Privia Health, one of the largest physician enablement companies in the United States with a presence in 25 states and the District of Columbia. The firm’s Healthcare Law attorneys advised NGBC throughout every stage of the deal, from initial due diligence and negotiations to structuring and closing the partnership. With a deep understanding of the regulatory and operational complexities unique to physician practice transactions, the Brach Eichler team ensured that the agreement preserved NGBC’s clinical independence and long-standing commitment to patient care. The partnership also positions the practice to leverage Privia’s physician-led platform for continued growth and expanded access to neurological services across the region.

Founded in 1973, Neurology Group of Bergen County is an independent medical group comprising of  25 adult and pediatric clinicians. The practice uniquely integrates its adult and pediatric neurology services with multidisciplinary therapy and diagnostic testing all in one central Ridgewood, NJ location.
