Vice Chair of Brach Eichler’s Healthcare Law Practice, Isabelle Bibet-Kalinyak, Esq. and Joseph Gorrell, Esq., are pleased to announce that Brach Eichler acted as the exclusive legal advisor to New Jersey Cancer Care, PA (“NJCC”) in its partnership with Regional Cancer Care Associates (“RCCA”) which closed July 1, 2024. Isabelle and Joe’s experience in healthcare law and mergers and acquisitions was vital in navigating this complex transaction, showcasing their legal acumen in the heavily regulated healthcare industry.

NJCC consists of eight medical oncologists and eleven total providers operating across three offices in the North Jersey market. NJCC is one of the largest independent medical oncology groups in New Jersey and is led by Dr. James Orsini, Sr. NJCC has served the North Jersey marketplace since its founding in 1998 and continues to be a leader in community-based cancer care within the region. The partnership between NJCC and RCCA will further bolster NJCC’s existing footprint in the region through access to RCCA’s vast clinical and administrative resources.

As part of the transaction, NJCC will join RCCA’s existing network of 94 physicians and 77 advanced practice providers located throughout their 22 clinics in New Jersey, Maryland, and Connecticut.
