Effective Strategies for Managing AI in the Workplace: A Joint Program by Brach Eichler and SAX 1/20/2026
12/4/2025
Brach Eichler LLC is pleased to partner with SAX for an in-depth program on Effective Strategies for Managing AI in the Workplace, a timely discussion designed to help organizations understand how employees are already using AI—and how to manage the risks that come with it.
As AI tools rapidly evolve, many employees are using them in unregulated or unstructured ways. This can lead to a range of concerns, from the inadvertent disclosure of confidential or protected health information to material errors in AI-generated work product to reliance on outputs containing inherent or unlawful bias. In healthcare settings, the risks can be even more significant, including potential misdiagnoses or unsafe recommendations driven by over-reliance on AI.
The program will explore:
• How AI works and why choosing approved platforms matters
• What information should and should not be entered into AI tools
• How to review AI-generated output for accuracy, validity, and bias
• The types of employee training needed in today’s AI-driven environment
• How to mitigate operational, compliance, and legal risks tied to AI use
• Why organizations need a well-crafted, cross-functional AI use policy
