Mandatory Online Filings for UHOT Program

Beginning January 16, 2022, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) will no longer accept paper documents for Unregulated Heating Oil Tank (UHOT) forms. It will become mandatory for all UHOT submissions, including forms, applications, and documents to be submitted electronically to NJDEP via their website.
