New Jersey Association for Justice Installs Edward P. Capozzi as New President
June 12, 2020 — Brach Eichler LLC, a full-service law firm based in Roseland, NJ, today announced that Edward P. Capozzi, Chair of the Personal Injury Practice, was installed as the 59th President of the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) for the 2020-2021 term. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Capozzi was honored virtually on June 11.
“I am deeply honored to assume the role of President of the NJAJ, an organization I have long been dedicated to and been a part of,” said Capozzi. “During my tenure, I will do my best to advance the mission of justice for all while upholding NJAJ’s commitment to advocacy and education for New Jersey’s trial lawyers.”
One of New Jersey’s most renowned and dynamic personal injury attorneys, Capozzi exclusively handles auto, trucking, NJ Transit, products liability, and other catastrophic personal injury cases. He is a Leaders Forum member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ), an advocate member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a member of the Association of Plaintiff’s Interstate Trucking America (APITLA), a lifetime member of the Multi Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a fellow of the Melvin Belli Society, an organization dedicated to the international exchange of ideas among lawyers through meetings and education.
