Brach Eichler LLC is seeking a Healthcare Attorney to join our growing and dynamic healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of healthcare transactional experience in a law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to build a long-term career in healthcare law with mentorship from experienced partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in advising healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical practices on regulatory compliance issues.
  • Support senior attorneys in transactional matters such as practice acquisitions, employment agreements, and joint ventures.
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Participate in client meetings and assist in developing compliance strategies and risk assessments.

Qualifications:

  • D. from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Jersey Bar required. Admission to the New York Bar is a plus.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in healthcare law.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated interest in healthcare law.

Benefits & Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000, with exact compensation determined based on individual qualifications. In addition, attorneys may be eligible for a discretionary performance bonus and an origination bonus.
