Brooke Taylor’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in various business sectors, including the healthcare industry.  Brooke has experience handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing written discovery, conducting and defending depositions, coordinating expert discovery, and assisting with hearings and trial preparation.  During her career, Brooke has also gained substantial expertise defending employment lawsuits and managing insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes.

Before moving to the private sector, Brooke served as a judicial law clerk at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel in Rockville, Maryland. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Scott J. Moynihan (ret.) of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.

Brooke is a Pro Bono attorney with the Rachel Coalition.
