Eric J. Boden Esq. provides dedicated and thorough representation in complex civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on business partnership disputes, trusts and estates conflicts, and healthcare matters. Eric works closely with each client to custom tailor litigation strategies to meet the client’s objectives.
Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Eric spent four years as a Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, where he played a key role in complex investigations and high-profile enforcement actions involving the New Jersey False Claims Act and Consumer Fraud Act, spanning a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, transportation, technology, construction, and securities. Eric applies the investigation skills that he honed in this position to all of his matters.
Immediately after law school, Eric clerked for the Honorable Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, P.J. Ch. (ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Monmouth County, where he was born and raised. This position gave Eric an inside look into how New Jersey courts adjudicate injunctions and a wide variety of other business and estate disputes.
