Carol Grelecki Selected as 2026 NJBIZ ICON Honoree
Roseland, NJ (April 23, 2026) – Brach Eichler LLC, a full-service law firm based in Roseland, NJ, is pleased to announce that Carol Grelecki, a Member in the firm’s Healthcare Law practice, has been selected by NJBIZ as a recipient of its ICON Honors Award, which recognizes long-standing business leaders in New Jersey.
Carol was selected for her consistent excellence throughout her career in representing the Firm’s healthcare clients, including physicians and physician groups, ambulatory healthcare facilities, hospitals, and other providers, across a wide range of corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters. She is known for helping clients navigate the increasingly complex healthcare landscape. Carol handles mergers and acquisitions and advises clients on critical legal issues, including matters pertaining to Medicare billing, fraud and abuse, and the Stark and Codey Laws. She also represents clients in other regulatory matters, including healthcare facility licensing issues.
Instrumental in helping practices grow and in fostering meaningful collaborations between health systems and physicians, Carol adds, “What I have found most rewarding is being a trusted partner to my clients – someone who not only helps navigate the legal complexities but also understands the human side of healthcare and the real impact these issues have on my clients.”
Outside of her legal practice, Carol has been involved with numerous charitable and educational organizations throughout the state, including the Committee of Interns and Residents, the American Heart Association, and the Interfaith Food Pantry of the Oranges. She is an Adjunct Professor of Healthcare Law and Regulation at Caldwell University and has served on the Board of Trustees of Healing the Children New Jersey.
