Saint James Health proudly announces the appointment of Keith J. Roberts, Esq., to its esteemed Board of Directors. A distinguished legal mind with a longstanding commitment to healthcare law, Mr. Roberts brings with him decades of experience navigating complex litigation, regulatory and compliance matters within the healthcare industry.
Keith is certified as a Civil Trial Attorney by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and Chair of Brach Eichler’s Litigation practice. He focuses on healthcare law, complex commercial disputes, and regulatory issues within the health care field. He is regularly called upon by hospitals, licensed health care centers, medical providers, administrators and healthcare executives to navigate commercial disputes, disciplinary proceedings, payor audits, medical staff guidance, employment and other contract disputes to include serving a lead counsel role in substantial litigation matters. Keith also has extensive experience litigation issues related to medical provider reimbursements and served on Personal Injury Protection Technical Advisory Committee (PIPTAC) upon appointment by the Governor of New Jersey to assist with promulgation of regulations governing No Fault Insurance. A frequent speaker for various healthcare associations, as well as the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (NJICLE), Keith is a recognized expert in the field of health care law particularly within the litigation arena.
