Promoted to Counsel:

  • Eric J. Boden – A valued member of the Litigation practice, Eric has demonstrated exceptional advocacy in complex civil matters, with a focus on business partnership disputes, trusts and estates conflicts, and healthcare litigation. A former Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, Eric brings deep investigative experience and strategic litigation insight to every case. He has been named to the New Jersey Super Lawyers Rising Stars® list for 2024–2025. Eric resides in Wayne, NJ.
  • Jeremy Hylton – Jeremy’s promotion acknowledges his deep legal acumen and dedicated service. He is a trial lawyer focusing on personal injury. He has extensive experience litigating cases involving personal injuries and complex civil claims in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Jeremy resides in Cedar Knolls, NJ.

Autumn M. McCourt – A key member of the firm’s Litigation and Labor & Employment practices, Autumn is recognized for her tenacity, legal skill, and client-first approach. Her impressive track record includes favorable verdicts and settlements in business and employment matters.
