Neha Rao is an associate in Brach Eichler’s litigation group.

Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Neha was a litigation associate focused on commercial litigation matters at her previous law firm. She has also previously served as an Assistant Chief Counsel in the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, where she litigated immigration removal cases before the Executive Office of Immigration Review and Board of Immigration Appeals.

Neha holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.A. from The George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs.
